Broccoli sandwich spread

VERDEAT

Ingredients (4 servings)

Pickled chickpeas (1 cup)
Broccoli (½ pieces)
Onion (1 piece)
Sesame seeds (2 tablespoons)
Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
Suggested spices: salt, pepper, lemon juice
Parsley (2 teaspoons)

Preparation

1) Cook the broccoli.
2) Drain the chickpeas from the pickle.
3) Peel and chop the onion and fry it in olive oil (use 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to make the onion glazed).
4) Add sesame, chopped parsley, remaining olive oil and spices to the broccoli, chickpeas and onion.
5) Blend all ingredients into a paste using a blender.
