Cod baked with dill

VERDEAT

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • Cod fillet (1 piece, about 100g)
  • Dill (1 tablespoon)
  • Lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Cherry tomatoes (3 pieces)
  • Olive oil (1 teaspoon)
  • Suggested spices: salt, pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash the fish and then cover it with aluminum foil.
  2. Sprinkle the cod fillet with lemon juice and olive oil, brush with garlic squeezed through the press, sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and chopped dill. Finally, place the cherry tomatoes on the fish.
  3. Bake it all for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
