Eggs stuffed with radish, cucumber and chives


Ingredients  (2 servings)

  • chicken eggs (4 pieces)
  • radish (2 pieces)
  • cucumber (2 pieces)
  • chives (1 teaspoon)
  • natural yogurt (1 tablespoon)
  • suggested spices: salt, black pepper (freshly ground), tarragon


  1. Hard-boil the eggs, then shell them and cut them in half.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks and put the yolks in a separate bowl.
  3. Add finely chopped radishes, cucumbers, plain yogurt, and spices to the yolks.
  4. Thoroughly mix the yolks with vegetables and spices (if you want the stuffing to be solid and thinner, you can blend the ingredients). Stuff the whites with the prepared paste.
  5. Sprinkle everything with chopped chives (you can also add your favorite sprouts).
  6. 2 eggs per serving.
