Green arugula and fresh spinach pesto


Ingredients (4 servings)

  • fresh spinach leaves (250 g)
  • arugula (100 g)
  • walnuts (60 g)
  • linseed oil (2 tablespoons)
  • suggested spices: granulated garlic, salt


    1. Rinse the spinach leaves and arugula thoroughly.
    2. Chop and roast the nuts briefly in a pan without fat. Then wait for them to cool slightly.
    3. Place all ingredients in the blender container and blend.
    4. Store in a refrigerator.
