Kale 40 g – 2 handfuls
Melon 200 g – portion
Almond milk 250 g – a glass
Chia seeds 20 g – 2 tbsp
Parsley, leaves 10 g – 1/4 bunch
Spinach 50 g – 2 handfuls
Peel the melon, wash the vegetables.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
