  • Lamb’s lettuce (1 handful)
  • Fresh basil (a few leaves)
  • Sun dried tomatoes (6 slices)
  • Green olives (2 tablespoons)
  • Mozzarella cheese (125 g)
  • Sunflower seeds (2 tablespoons)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Suggested spices: oregano, freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

    1. Thoroughly wash the arugula, lamb’s lettuce, and basil.
    2. Drain off the tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives, then slice as desired.
    3. Mix vegetables with olives, mozzarella cheese, and spices.
