Salad with quinoa, arugula, orange, and feta cheese


Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • Quinoa (1/2 cup dry product, about 90 g)
  • Arugula (a handful)
  • Orange (1 piece)
  • Feta cheese (1/2 cubes, about 100 g)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Suggested spices: salt, freshly ground black pepper, Provencal herbs


  1. Cook the quinoa.
  2. Peel and slice the orange.
  3. Dice the feta cheese into small cubes.
  4. Mix the olive oil with spices. Then add it to the cooked quinoa and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve the quinoa with pieces of feta cheese and orange.
  6. Add arugula on the top.
