Scrambled tofu with kale and cherry tomatoes


Ingredients (per 1 serving)

  • olive oil (1 teaspoon)
  • kale (a handful)
  • natural tofu (1/2 cube, about 90g)
  • cherry tomatoes (100g)
  • suggested spices: black salt, freshly ground black pepper, basil


  1. Preheat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Wash the kale and remove its hard parts. Put it in the pan and wait until it softens slightly.
  3. Crumble the tofu and put it in the pan. Then add a little black salt, freshly ground pepper and basil. Simmer it for a while with the kale.
  4. After a while, remove the tofu from the pan. Serve tofu scramble with cherry tomatoes.
