Turkey breast in basil pesto


Ingredients (4 servings):

  • Turkey breast fillet (400 g)


  • Fresh basil (25 g)
  • Cashews (30 g)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Lemon (juice of ½ lemon)
  • Grated Parmesan (3 tablespoons)
  • Suggested spices: freshly ground black pepper, salt


  1. Clean the fillets and cut them gently several times.
  2. Peel the garlic.
  3. Wash and dry the basil.
  4. Pour the basil, olive oil, and garlic into a blender and mix until smooth. Add the nuts, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, spices and mix again until a smooth paste is obtained.
  5. Rub turkey breasts with pesto, then wrap them in tin foil.
  6. Oven the meat at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
