Black olives (2 tablespoons)
Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
Suggested spices: oregano, basil
Hard-boil the egg, peel it and slice it as desired.
Drain the tomatoes and olives from the pickle and then chop.
Wash sprouts and lettuce thoroughly and then chop the lettuce leaves.
Mix the lettuce with sun-dried tomatoes, egg, olives, olive oil and spices.
Sprinkle everything with your favorite sprouts.
