Watercress salad

VERDEAT

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • Cress (2 tablespoons)
  • Cherry tomatoes (20 pieces)
  • Iceberg lettuce (a few leaves)
  • Arugula (1 handful)
  • Radishes (4 pieces)
  • Green olives (2 tablespoons)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
  • Wine vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • Suggested spices: salt, black pepper (freshly ground), oregano, ground sweet pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Chop the radishes, chop the olives.
  3. Prepare the sauce: mix the olive oil with vinegar, lemon juice and spices.
  4. Mix all ingredients with the sauce.
