Winter fruit smoothie with spinach

– fresh spinach leaves (2 handfuls)
– banana (1 piece)
– tangerines (4 pieces)
– water (1 glass)

Preparation

1) Wash the spinach leaves.
2) Peel the fruit.
3) Divide the mandarins into pieces and remove the seeds. Cut the banana into smaller pieces.
4) Put the spinach leaves and fruit in the cup of the blender.
5) Add water.
6) Blend all ingredients. You can adjust the amount of water to the desired smoothie consistency.
