Fresh basil 5 g – a handful
Zucchini 200 g – 1 piece
Garlic 5 g – 1 clove
Natural yogurt 2% 150 g – 1 cup
Salmon, smoked 40 g – slice
Freshly ground black pepper – a pinch
Salt – a pinch
Wash the zucchini and grate it on a coarse-mesh grater, put it in a bowl.
Add yogurt, spices, chopped basil and garlic pressed through the press.
Mix everything, put the sliced salmon on top.
