Zucchini pasta with cherry tomatoes


Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Zucchini (2 pieces)
  • Onion (1 piece)
  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Arugula (2 handfuls)
  • Grated Parmesan (2 tablespoons)
  • Cherry tomatoes (200g)
  • Olive oil (1 teaspoon)
  • Suggested spices: salt, pepper


  1. Pass the zucchini through a spiral grater or peel it with a peeler.
  2. Cook the diced onion in olive oil. After a while, add the grated garlic.
  3. Add the zucchini noodles and spices prepared in advance to the garlic and onion. Stew it all until the zucchini is tender.
  4. After a few minutes, remove the ingredients from the pan, put them on a plate, and then sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese, arugula, and cherry tomatoes.
